Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

At CNineteen, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade soaps and whipped shea butters. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. Please review our policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CNineteenCustomerService@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue, include your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
Upon review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
 

3. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients; however, skin sensitivities may vary. Customers are encouraged to review all listed ingredients prior to purchase. We do not provide refunds for allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, wash the area with cool water and discontinue use immediately.
 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

CNinteen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping provider directly in these cases with the tracking number.
