Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CNinteen. We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping your handmade soaps and whipped shea butters. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations may occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
We currently ship via USPS. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Warm Weather & Product Care

Our whipped butters are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery. If melting occurs, place the container in the refrigerator for 3–5 hours to restore consistency.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. However, CNineteen is not responsible for packages marked “delivered.”
